Norwich City manager Alex Neil has expressed his disappointment that his side were unable to beat Stoke City this afternoon, despite the team's good performance.
Mame Biram Diouf opened the scoring for visitors Stoke in the first half, before captain Russell Martin equalised. Norwich had a host of chances to win the game in the second half, but were denied by Jack Butland on numerous occasions.
Speaking to the club's website, Neil said: "It's disappointing that we didn't get three points, but I can't complain about how my players played. They were great.
"We were the better side. Throughout the match, I thought our work ethic was great and we created chances."
The Canaries face Rotherham United on Tuesday in the League Cup.
