Norwich City manager Chris Hughton has said that his side failed to take their chances during their 2-0 defeat against West Ham United.
James Collins and Mohamed Diame both scored late on to win the game for the Hammers, and Hughton was left disappointed with his team's inability to find the back of the net.
"We only have ourselves to blame. You've got to be able to capitalise on your chances, especially away from home. We did everything perfectly up until their first goal but then we made an error," BBC Sport quotes him as saying.
"Their goalkeeper had a good day but we managed to get into so many good positions and you have to put one of them away."
Norwich are currently 16th in the Premier League table.
