Norwich City boss Chris Hughton has told his players that they must stop making defensive mistakes, following their 2-1 defeat against Cardiff City.
The Canaries opened the scoring with just five minutes played when Robert Snodgrass slotted in from close range.
However, Hughton's side conceded twice in a minute, and the manager believes that mistakes at the back are putting pressure on the club's strikers.
"I don't think you could fault our efforts," he told reporters.
"Their goalkeeper had a good day but if we make mistakes like we did we have to be scoring goals at the other end.
"We dominated but if you are conceding poor goals at the times we did it gives them the lift they needed."
Norwich are 15th in the Premier League.
