Norwich City defender Martin Olsson has been charged with misconduct by the Football Association for allegedly pushing a referee.
The 26-year-old appeared to shove Simon Hooper after he was sent off during his side's defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Championship on Sunday.
He then kicked a water bottle by the side of the pitch as he was making his way down the tunnel.
"It is alleged that Olsson's action in making physical contact with the referee immediately prior to being shown a red card and for his behaviour as he left the field of play amounted to improper conduct, which occurred outside the jurisdiction of the match officials," read an official FA statement.
Olsson has until 6pm on Thursday to respond to the charge.
