Norwich City boss Chris Hughton has praised youngster Nathan Redmond for his performances this season.
The 19-year-old winger has impressed at Carrow Road during what has been a difficult campaign for the Canaries near the foot of the table.
Despite admitting that Redmond can still improve in certain areas, Hughton is delighted by his eagerness to learn.
"Nathan perhaps lacks that end product at times, but he gives us a really good outlet," he told The Pink 'Un. "That is there to see and he keeps getting in those positions. He is 19 and he has everything in front of him.
"He is only a young man and there is probably no-one at the club who works harder on the training field on his finishing, but this is a great learning curve for him and he is so enthusiastic to improve."
Norwich continue their Premier League campaign on Sunday when they play host to Tottenham Hotspur.
