Olympiakos have increased their chances of qualifying for the last 16 of the Champions League with a 3-1 victory over Montpellier at home.
The Greek giants are now just a point behind second-placed Arsenal in Group B, with Schalke a point further ahead at the top.
The hosts took the lead against Montpellier as early as the fourth minute when Paulo Machado tapped home from close range after Kostas Mitroglou's attempt had come off the upright.
The French champions restored parity midway through the second half when Younes Belhanda slotted home a penalty conceded by Djamel Abdoun.
However, Olympiakos scored twice in the final 10 minutes of the encounter in Greece to wrap up the points.
First Greco fired home to make it 2-1 to his side in the 80th minute, and two minutes later Mitroglou volleyed home a Jose Holebas cross.
