Richie Barker believes that his Portsmouth side should have picked up three points against Burton Albion on Tuesday night.
Pompey were held to a third successive 0-0 draw by the Brewers, and Barker admits that he lacks someone who can take the game by the scruff of the neck.
"It was frustrating because we created enough chances to win the game again. We dominated them for the majority of the second half," Barker told the Portsmouth News.
"But having somebody to have the ability to go and change a game is what we're lacking. For the time being, what we are is what we are.
"We are scrambling points together and papering over cracks."
Pompey are 17th in the League Two table.
