Portsmouth Supporters' Trust has agreed a deal to purchase Fratton Park from former owner Balram Chainrai.
The High Court ruled earlier today that the group should be given the chance to complete the takeover and had given them until 3pm this afternoon to complete the necessary paperwork.
It has now been confirmed that it has all been finalised, meaning that the League One club's ownership is in the hands of their fans.
Pompey are now the third Football League club to be owned by their supporters following the takeovers of Wycombe Wanderers and AFC Wimbledon.
