Simon Grayson has said that he always knew that his Preston North End side would create chances in their League One playoff semi-final against Chesterfield.
Preston won Saturday's second leg at Deepdale 3-0 to claim a 4-0 aggregate victory, securing them a place in the final at Wembley later this month.
Their manager told Sky Sport News: "They had some moments, we had some moments, but we know we're always going to get chances in our team with [Paul] Gallagher, [Joe] Garner and [Jermaine] Beckford.
"Obviously you can see how much it means to our supporters to get to Wembley, where hopefully we can finish off the job."
The winner of the tie between Sheffield United and Swindon Town awaits Preston in the final.
