Laurent Blanc has told his Paris Saint-Germain players that only an improved performance will give them a good chance of reaching the semi-finals of the Champions League.
During last week's quarter-final first leg in Paris, Blanc's men were held to a 2-2 draw by Manchester City.
"We need to perform at the highest possible level, certainly higher than the first game," Blanc told reporters.
"We didn't have a fantastic game last week and we need to be a bit more efficient but if we create as many chances as we did last week I'm pretty sure we will score more."
PSG last advanced through to the final four of Europe's top club competition in 1995.
