Queens Park Rangers have played out a goalless first half on their return to the Premier League in their match against Hull City at Loftus Road this afternoon.
Hull had the first chance of the afternoon when Nikica Jelavic attempted to head in from close range, but his finish was too high.
QPR started to see more of the ball as Jordan Mutch tried to set up Loic Remy, while Charlie Austin had an effort blocked from the edge of the box.
Mutch came close to opening the scoring when Austin stole the ball away from Allan McGregor to pull it back to the former Cardiff City player, but he could not find the target.
The visitors wanted a penalty when Armand Traore challenged Jelavic in the box, but referee Craig Pawson was not interested in Hull's appeals.
The hosts had another chance on the stroke of half time when Austin won a corner, but Steven Caulker's header was cleared off the line.
