Queens Park Rangers striker Charlie Austin has urged them to maintain their impressive home form after his hat-trick beat West Bromwich Albion at Loftus Road.
The forward struck all the Hoops' goals in their 3-2 victory on Saturday, and Austin has challenged the rest of the squad to keep up their performance level in front of their own fans.
"I'm so pleased to get my first Premier League hat-trick but it was a great team performance and we showed great character," he told Sky Sports News. "We started really slowly, we were 2-0 down and we got the goal before half time which helped and we felt we could push on if we moved through the gears.
"We showed great spirit today. Anyone could have won it and our home form has been different class this year, so hopefully we can keep it going. Everyone loves playing at home with the fans behind you and we've won again.
"We need to keep our home form going and hopefully we can pick up points on the road."
The win leaves Harry Redknapp's side 15th in the Premier League.
