Queens Park Rangers assistant manager Kevin Bond has said that his side's performance in today's 2-0 win over Middlesbrough was their best display of the season "by a mile".
Joey Barton and Charlie Austin scored two first-half goals to ensure that the Hoops remain unbeaten this season and stay top of the Championship table.
After the game, Bond echoed the thoughts of Harry Redknapp by declaring that he thought it was his side's best display so far this term.
"We all thought that was our best performance of the season by some way," Bond told Sky Sports News.
"We got the ball down and played, controlled the game and kept possession. It was our best display by a mile.
"We've been getting the results but we perhaps haven't been as convincing and we'd have liked with our performances."
QPR equalled a club record today by a keeping their seventh consecutive clean sheet, and have the best defensive record in the Championship.
