Former Queens Park Rangers striker Kevin Gallen believes that the current first team are lacking passion and desire.
The West London outfit succumbed to Premier League relegation along with Reading following a goalless draw with the Royals on Sunday.
"For a club the size of QPR, the wages they are paying don't work out," Gallen told BBC Radio Five Live.
"It's not right and you can see by the way they even played yesterday when they were fighting for relegation and I felt there was a lack of passion, work rate and desire."
Meanwhile, manager Harry Redknapp has claimed that it is "out of order" for people to criticise Jose Bosingwa, who was seen laughing after the final whistle.
