Ex-Queens Park Rangers striker Kevin Gallen believes that club chairman Tony Fernandes has embarrassed himself with his Twitter posting.
The businessman wrote on Tuesday that he had found his "dream manager" and is reportedly on the verge of naming Chris Ramsey as boss until the end of the season.
However, Gallen insists that Ramsey is not Fernandes's ideal manager and said the chairman looks foolish following his boasts on social media.
"I think the comment he made on Tuesday has made him look a little foolish," Gallen told BBC Sport.
"It's obvious his dream manager wasn't Chris Ramsey and, now he is the manager until the end of the season, he has had to backtrack."
QPR are seeking a new manager following Harry Redknapp's departure earlier this month.
