Esteban Granero is expecting a "very good season" at Queens Park Rangers, despite their poor start to the Premier League.
Mark Hughes's side are currently bottom of the league after picking up just three points from nine games.
However, the on-loan Real Madrid midfielder thinks that Rangers' fortunes will turn around soon.
"So far, the results haven't been the best, but they will be," Granero told Marca.
"It's going to be a very good season. [QPR] hold me in high regard and I've risen to the challenge. That's what I was looking for. I like to lead and pull my weight.
"I want to feel new things, not old ones. This city is made to be enjoyed, and the challenge too. All I want is for time to pass slowly because I'm happy."
The R's entertain fellow strugglers Reading at Loftus Road on Sunday.
