Queens Park Rangers midfielder Esteban Granero is determined to win against Everton at Loftus Road on Sunday.
QPR are currently at the foot of the Premier League table with just two points from seven matches, and have lost two of their three home games in the league.
"So far the results have not been good for us but they will be very good, very soon because the team is good, the players are good and we are working very hard to fix some things and also because I think this period [of the season] is made for growing up," he told The Telegraph.
"We will improve a lot. The level will be increased and we will start winning. And when we win one game, we will win another and everything will go better for us.
"I think we are pretty close. I think the next game will be our first win even though we are playing against a very good team in Everton."
Granero joined QPR from Real Madrid in the summer.
