Queens Park Rangers have reportedly tempted Mark Hughes with a transfer fund worth £30m.
Hughes spent yesterday in talks with the West London club, with negotiations set to continue today.
The former Manchester City and Wales boss will target Aston Villa's Darren Bent and Chelsea's Didier Drogba when his new position is secured, according to The Mirror.
Welshman Hughes left Fulham last summer in order to seek a job with a club that could challenge for a Champions League place.
Queens Park Rangers have picked up just two points from their last eight games, leaving them one point above the relegation zone.
