Queens Park Rangers manager Neil Warnock has confirmed that he has held discussions with Joey Barton over the player's recent conduct.
The QPR captain has been in verbal confrontation with Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Karl Henry on a number of occasions over the last week.
The pair clashed during QPR's victory at Molineux last Saturday and Warnock is "disappointed" that his side's victory has been overshadowed.
"I've sat down and had a chat with Joey and he knows my feelings," Warnock told a press conference.
"I was disappointed because all that was talked about was [Barton] and Henry when it was the best team performance I've ever had."
Barton recently declared that a move to QPR was the right switch for him, despite allegedly holding talks with Arsenal.
