Mark Hughes is taking his Queens Pak Rangers squad to training camp in Portugal.
Training at Harlington has been affected by the cold weather, so the team are heading to Portugal to train in a warmer climate.
"We're going away for four days and that will give us the opportunity just to have a couple of sessions a day and have a real understanding of what we've got here," Hughes said.
QPR have won just one of five league games since Mark Hughes took charge last month.
The Hoops are currently 16th in the Premier League with 21 points from 25 games.
