Queens Park Rangers boss Harry Redknapp has admitted that he has a lot of respect for Derby County manager Steve McClaren ahead of their showdown in the Championship playoff final.
McClaren was part of Redknapp's coaching staff at the start of the season before he left to join the Rams, and the 67-year-old was full of admiration for his humble attitude.
He told reporters: "Lots of people would say, 'No, I'm not coming back as a coach at a Championship club, I've managed England', but I found him to be a top boy, I've got a lot of time for him."
QPR face Derby for a place in the Premier League later today.
