Queens Park Rangers boss Harry Redknapp has praised the effort of his side during their 1-1 draw with Leeds United in the Championship.
The R's saw their promotion push suffer another blow on Saturday as they came from behind to earn a point at Loftus Road.
Despite the setback, Redknapp insists that his players gave everything on the pitch.
"You need to win football matches but it's not been through a lack of effort," he told the club's official website.
"The lads who played gave everything, everybody worked hard and I couldn't fault anybody. There was no lack of effort from anybody as there hasn't been in any other games, they've been excellent.
"What we lack at the moment is maybe a bit of quality in certain areas."
Saturday's draw means that QPR have not won in their last five matches.
