Queens Park Rangers striker Heidar Helguson has targeted a return to action against Arsenal on Saturday.
The 34-year-old has been on the sidelines since January after undergoing groin surgery, but he has revealed that he has returned to training.
"I started training on Monday, so you could say that I've recovered. It's never fun to get injured, and especially not when the team is not doing too well. We've been struggling," Helguson told 433.is.
"If I do okay in training this week. I hope to at least make the bench against Arsenal. We will just have to wait and see but that's what I hope for."
Helguson joined QPR from Bolton Wanderers in 2009.
