Queens Park Rangers head coach Chris Ramsey has insisted that he wants to begin the rebuilding process at the club in the Championship next season.
The West London outfit had their relegation from the Premier League confirmed on Sunday as they lost 6-0 at Manchester City.
Ramsey, who took charge of QPR in February, says that he would like to stay on at Loftus Road.
"It's a club that I've taken to my heart and I really want to be here," he told Sky Sports News.
"As you can imagine the [dressing room] is very quiet, our fate is now where it is.
"The club's in a rebuilding phase now and it would have been anyway regardless of what had happened to us today. There's a lot of people at the club that will be disappointed in the way we conducted ourselves today."
QPR have won just two of Ramsey's 13 games in charge.
