Queens Park Rangers playmaker Adel Taarabt has insisted that the team must not dwell on their recent defeat to Aston Villa if they are to avoid relegation.
Saturday's 3-2 loss against their fellow strugglers at Villa Park saw QPR slip seven points from safety in the Premier League table.
"For us we cannot look behind anymore, we have to look forward and try to win the rest of the games as much as we can," Taarabt told the club's official website.
"It was very disappointing. It was a massive game for us but it is not finished. We have to still believe. We have eight games left and we have to give everything and not have any regrets."
The R's return to league action on April 1 when they travel to Fulham.
