Queens Park Rangers have completed the signing of midfielder Oscar Gobern after a successful trial.
The 24-year-old has put pen to paper on a one-year deal at Loftus Road after leaving Huddersfield Town when his contract expired at the end of last season.
Head coach Chris Ramsey told QPR's official website: "Oscar came in at the start of pre-season, got his head down, worked hard and he's really impressed.
"He's a good young player with a lot of potential, and we feel with the right attitude and guidance, he can really kick on at QPR. We're pleased to add him to the squad and increase the competition for places in that area of the pitch."
Rangers begin their first season back in the Championship with a trip to Charlton Athletic on Saturday.
