Harry Redknapp has admitted that he would welcome the addition of Stoke City striker Peter Crouch to his Queens Park Rangers squad.
The 33-year-old was linked with a move to Loftus Road during the summer transfer window, but no deal was agreed and Crouch remained with the Potters.
However, a move could now be back on when the window reopens in January, with Redknapp keen on working with the England international for a fourth time.
"Crouch is a player we've spoken about a few times," Sky Sports News quotes the R's boss as saying. "I brought him to Portsmouth from QPR, and I've managed him at most places since then.
"He's a top player. You'd always have a Crouchy, he's a great bloke and a good player."
Crouch has made five appearances for Stoke in all competition so far this season, scoring one goal.
