Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has revealed that there has been no movement regarding a potential deal for Stoke City striker Peter Crouch.
The 32-year-old had been linked with a transfer deadline move to the Premier League strugglers to link up with Redknapp for a fourth time.
However, despite Redknapp insisting that he needs to strengthen his squad, he has admitted that Crouch is unlikely to be leaving Stoke for West London.
Redknapp told PA Sport: "No, I don't think anything is happening with him. It is very quiet."
Crouch has scored five Premier League goals this season.
