Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Bundesliga fixtures, including Mainz 05 vs. Borussia Dortmund.

RB Leipzig vs. Werder Bremen (Saturday, 2.30pm)

With Champions League qualification guaranteed, RB Leipzig have little else to play for when they host Werder Bremen in gameweek 33's Bundesliga action at Red Bull Arena.

Marco Rose's men are undefeated in 10 matches in all competitions heading into Saturday's match and seek to claim maximum points in their final home game of 2023-24 against Europe-chasing opposition.

We say: RB Leipzig 2-0 Werder Bremen

Leipzig have conceded one goal in their last six Bundesliga games at Red Bull Arena, scored by Dortmund's Jadon Sancho at the backend of April, a game the Red Bulls won 4-1. Despite securing Champions League football, Rose should expect his in-form side to claim maximum points to continue their unbeaten results since losing to Bayern in February.

Freiburg vs. Heidenheim (Saturday, 2.30pm)

Freiburg seek their first top-flight victory at the Europa-Park-Stadion since January when they welcome Heidenheim in Bundesliga's gameweek 33 action on Saturday.

The penultimate fixture is Christian Streich's final home game in charge of the club, and he seeks triumph against the only top-flight club his Breisgau Brazilians have failed to beat in over 11 years.

We say: Freiburg 1-1 Heidenheim

While Heidenheim could overtake Freiburg with a win this weekend, the spoils could be shared at the Europa-Park-Stadion, with Schmidt's men continuing a decent road run that has seen them lose once in nine away games. Five of those nine matches have been tied, and another draw could be in the offing on Saturday.

Borussia M'bach vs. Frankfurt (Saturday, 2.30pm)

Knowing a victory will guarantee a top-six finish in the Bundesliga table, Eintracht Frankfurt will travel to Borussia-Park to meet Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday.

With two games left to play, the visitors lead seventh-placed Freiburg by four points, while their hosts have the same cushion over the relegation zone.

We say: Borussia Monchengladbach 1-1 Eintracht Frankfurt

While Eintracht Frankfurt have certainly enjoyed the stronger season, they appear to have lost momentum in recent weeks, and against a Borussia Monchengladbach side showing resilience in their bid to confirm their survival, we anticipate Die Adler having to settle for a share of the spoils at the weekend.

FC Koln vs. Union Berlin (Saturday, 2.30pm)

FC Koln will welcome Union Berlin to RheinEnergieStadion for Saturday's crucial clash at the bottom of the Bundesliga table.

The hosts are languishing in 17th place and could be relegated this weekend, while Die Eisernen are hovering just above the bottom three with two games left to play.

We say: FC Koln 1-2 Union Berlin

Koln know they need to claim all three points to have any hopes of taking their survival fight to the final day of the season, but having lost seven of their nine Bundesliga meetings with Union, we think the hosts could suffer another defeat in Saturday's contest.

Mainz vs. Dortmund (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Fresh from securing a place in the Champions League final, Borussia Dortmund will return to the reality of the Bundesliga when they make the trip to Mewa Arena for Saturday's clash with Mainz 05.

Dortmund are assured of a Champions League place and only have position to play for, while Mainz are desperately fighting to move out of the bottom three before the curtain comes down on the 2023-24 season.

We say: Mainz 05 1-2 Borussia Dortmund

Dortmund have won each of their last six away games against Mainz, and even with a number of changes, we still think the Champions League finalists will do enough to claim all three points in Saturday's contest.
