Former Reading captain Jobi McAnuff has agreed a deal to join League One side Leyton Orient on a free transfer.
The 32-year-old was out of contract having been released by the Royals this summer after five years at the club, and will seal a move to the O's after completing a medical.
He has claimed to have had offers from abroad, while Championship promotion hopefuls Nottingham Forest were also touted with an interest in him, but McAnuff has decided to drop down a division.
The midfielder made 206 appearances for Reading, scoring 16 goals, after joining from Watford in 2009. He has also previously played for Crystal Palace, Cardiff City and West Ham United.
