Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has reportedly dropped Iker Casillas for tonight's La Liga clash against Elche at the Bernabeu.
The Spanish goalkeeper, who had to play second fiddle to Diego Lopez at Los Blancos last season, has started the new campaign in the team despite the arrival of Keylor Navas this summer.
The veteran has been subject to jeers from some sections of the club's support, however, and it is understood that Ancelotti has taken the decision to omit Casillas for Navas.
According to Football Espana, that will occur for the league fixture against Elche this evening as the capital outfit look to build on Saturday's 8-2 win over Deportivo La Coruna.
Madrid have won two and lost two of their four league games this season.
