Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos has criticised the level of officiating in La Liga.
The Spain international, who had a goal wrongly ruled out for offside in their 3-2 victory over Real Valladolid on Saturday, claimed that refereeing decisions have not been at a sufficient level all season.
"The distance between us and the leaders [Barcelona] is a big one. Any slip would make things impossible and we wouldn't like that to be down to the officials," said Ramos.
"With another result the consequences would be very different. They've harmed us in more than one match now. It's about time they make a mistake in our favour."
Jose Mourinho's side are now eight points behind Barcelona, although Tito Vilanova's side have a game in hand.
