Jude Bellingham is unlikely to be risked for Real Madrid's La Liga clash with Alaves on Tuesday night, with the midfielder aggravating a previous shoulder problem in the 4-1 win over Espanyol last time out.
Bellingham had to be replaced in the second half of the fixture, and although his issue is not serious, the England international is not expected to be involved against Alaves.
The same can also be said for Dani Carvajal, who was forced off with a knock against Espanyol, so the experienced defender is also unlikely to feature against Alaves, who have won three of their last four matches.
Lucas Vazquez could therefore start at right-back, while Luka Modric is likely to again feature in central midfield.
At this stage, Real Madrid have four definite absentees for the clash with Alaves, as David Alaba, Dani Ceballos, Eduardo Camavinga and Brahim Diaz are all on the sidelines.
Endrick has scored twice off the bench since arriving at Real Madrid, and the 18-year-old could now be in line for his first start in the famous white shirt.
Vinicius Junior, Antonio Rudiger and Ferland Mendy were rotated out of the side against Espanyol, but the trio are set to return to the team on Tuesday night.
Kylian Mbappe has scored six times in eight appearances for Real Madrid since his arrival, and the France international will again operate through the middle for the Spanish and European champions.
Real Madrid possible starting lineup: Courtois; Vazquez, Militao, Rudiger, Mendy; Modric, Tchouameni, Valverde; Endrick, Mbappe, Vinicius
