Sports Mole rounds up Real Madrid's injury and suspension news ahead of their La Liga clash with Alaves.
Sports Mole

Real Madrid will be aiming to make it five straight wins in all competitions when they welcome Alaves to Bernabeu in La Liga on Tuesday night.

Carlo Ancelotti's side continued their strong run of form with a 4-1 success over Espanyol in the league on Saturday night.

Los Blancos have picked up 14 points from their opening six matches of the 2024-25 La Liga campaign, which has left them second in the table, one point behind leaders Barcelona, who have a game in hand.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Real Madrid's injury and suspension news ahead of their contest with Alaves, who have made an excellent start to the campaign and currently sit up in fifth position.

David Alaba

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Alaba suffered an ACL injury last December, which required an operation, and he then underwent further surgery in the middle of May. The centre-back is making solid progress in his recovery, but he will not be back until the end of this year.

Eduardo Camavinga

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: September 29 (vs. Atletico Madrid)

Camavinga suffered a knee injury in a training session ahead of the UEFA Super Cup in August, which has seen him miss the early stages of the new La Liga season, but the midfielder could be back for the Madrid derby.

Dani Ceballos

Status: Out
Type of injury: Ankle
Possible return date: Unknown

Ceballos picked up an ankle injury during Real Madrid's clash with Real Betis before the recent international break, and the midfielder will be out for another six weeks or so.

Brahim Diaz

Status: Out
Type of injury: Abductor
Possible return date: Unknown

Real Madrid will be missing Brahim until at least the middle of November due to the hip abductor injury that he picked up during his side's league fixture with Real Sociedad immediately after the international break.

Jude Bellingham

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Shoulder
Possible return date: September 24 (vs. Alaves)

Bellingham was replaced against Espanyol on Saturday evening due to a recurrence of a previous shoulder problem, and the midfielder is now a doubt for the clash against Alaves.

Dani Carvajal

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Knock
Possible return date: September 24 (vs. Alaves)

Carvajal was substituted against Espanyol last time out due to "a knock", and the Spaniard will now need to be assessed before his involvement on Tuesday night is decided.

REAL MADRID'S SUSPENSION LIST

Real Madrid have no players suspended for their clash with Alaves.
