Hull City marked Andy Dawson's testimonial with an impressive 3-0 victory over Real Betis at the KC Stadium.
The Tigers edged their noses in front in the third minute through loan striker Danny Graham, who headed home following a measured free kick from Robbie Brady.
Hull doubled their lead just after the half-hour mark when Sone Aluko latched onto a short pass from Brady and curled one past Betis goalkeeper Stephan Andersen into the top corner.
Steve Bruce's side left it late to ice the cake, substitute George Boyd adding a third in the 78th minute by rounding Anderson in wry fashion and tapping home.
Dawson made a late substitute appearance in the game and his first touch was greeted with huge cheers from the home crowd.
