Real Madrid midfielder Mateo Kovacic has admitted that his future at club level is unclear after helping Croatia reach the semi-finals of the 2018 World Cup on Saturday night.
Last month, Kovacic revealed that he would be looking to leave the Bernabeu this summer in search of regular first-team action.
The 24-year-old was again questioned on his future following Croatia's penalty-shootout win over Russia in the quarter-finals of the World Cup, and he answered "we'll see" to whether he would remain in Madrid.
"Do I want to stay at Madrid next season? We'll see," Kovacic told reporters.
Kovacic joined Madrid from Inter Milan in 2015 and has made over 100 appearances for the Spanish giants over the last three seasons, yet he started just 10 La Liga matches last term.
