Real Madrid are reportedly considering the prospect of bringing Martin Odegaard back early from his loan spell at Real Sociedad.
The Norwegian forward made international headlines when Los Blancos shelled out a fee of £2.6m for him when he was just 15 years old.
Following some years in the wilderness, Odegaard has dazzled La Liga with his performances during the opening few weeks of the season, prompting many to claim that he is showing signs of fulfilling his potential.
According to Diario AS, the Madrid club have the option to recall the youngster from his two-year loan spell at the San Sebastian.
Odegaard spent the previous two seasons on loan in the Eredivisie, playing for Heerenveen and Vitesse respectively, before returning to Spain over the summer.
