Sergio Ramos has revealed that his "intention" is to sign a new long-term contract with Real Madrid.
The Spanish international has a contract at the Bernabeu until 2017, but recent reports have called the defender's future into question.
Ramos, however, has quelled such talk by insisting that he wants to pen a fresh deal with Los Blancos.
"My contract expires in 2017 and my intention is to stay with the team that has given me almost everything," Ramos told reporters.
The centre-back scored Real Madrid's opener in their 4-0 win over Cruz Azul in the semi-finals of the Club World Cup on Tuesday.
