Real Madrid have decided that striker Gonzalo Higuain will leave the club in the summer, according to general manager Jose Angel Sanchez.
The Argentinian has netted 14 times this season, but Sanchez has said that the club does not intend to keep both Higuain and Karim Benzema.
"At a great club like Real, we believe we need two number nines of a high level," Sanchez told L'Equipe.
"We have Benzema and Higuain. Higuain will leave, Benzema will stay and two others will come."
Real face Real Valladolid on Saturday.
