A late Obafemi Martins goal was enough to give Levante a 2-1 win over Real Sociedad Estadio Ciudad de Valencia in La Liga this afternoon.
Javier Bakero's 70th-minute penalty cancelled out David Zurutuza's 23rd-minute opener for Sociedad.
With both sides pressing for the winner, it was Levante who struck with a quick counter-attack that was finished off by former Newcastle United and Birmingham City striker Martins with just one minute of normal time remaining.
The win takes Levante up to 8th in La Liga, whilst Sociedad drop a place to 13th.
