Roma have beaten Inter Milan 2-1 in the first leg of their Coppa Italia semi-final at the San Siro.
The hosts took the lead in the 13th minute as Alessandro Florenzi headed in Ivan Piris's cross.
Piris was the provider again with half an hour played when his whipped cross found Alessandro Florenzi, who powered his header home.
Rodrigo Palacio gave Inter a lifeline going into the second half thanks to his brave finish from Esteban Cambiasso's cross, but they were unable to find an equaliser on the night.
The two sides meet again for the second leg at the San Siro on April 17.
