Roma coach Rudi Garcia has stated that his players have no time to feel sorry for themselves after falling further behind Inter Milan at the top of the Serie A table.
The Rome club started the season brightly with an important win over Juventus, but were recently held to a draw by Sassuolo to leave themselves four points behind Roberto Mancini's men after four games.
"We have no time to feel sorry for ourselves after the draw with Sassuolo. We have to immediately recover points because the season does not end after the fourth game," Garcia told reporters, according to Goal.com.
"We will take stock after the match in Palermo on October 4, but just now we will take the good things, like the victory against Juventus or the Champions League draw with Barcelona. It's hardly catastrophic.
"We are in the race. Credit to Inter for their bright start, but in the last two seasons we had five wins after the first five games."
Roma have collected eight points from their opening matches this term, while Inter have 12 after winning each of their four games thus far.
