Roma forward Gervinho has said that he is enjoying playing for the club after joining from Arsenal in the summer.
The Ivory Coast international failed to become a first-team regular during his spell at the Gunners and has admitted that playing under Rudi Garcia has allowed him to find his best form.
"Over the summer I received many offers, but when I found out Garcia was on the bench I closed all the other doors to come here," he told Il Giornale.
"I mainly owe my great form at Roma to him. Our objective is Champions League qualification, but then if we manage to go further then it will be extraordinary. I won't deny it, I'd love to win the Scudetto.
"It's natural the fans weren't sure about me at first, because new players have to make themselves known by showing their qualities."
Roma visit AC Milan in Serie A on Monday evening.
