Jose Holebas has been named in Roma's starting lineup for this evening's Serie A meeting with AC Milan, having won his late appeal against suspension.
The 30-year-old was involved in an altercation in the tunnel following last weekend's victory over Genoa, along with manager Rudi Garcia, although both men saw their bans overturned.
However, influential midfielder Miralem Pjanic and Davide Astori are still banned and will therefore play no part at the Stadio Olimpico, as the Giallorossi look to close in on league leaders Juventus.
AC Milan are still without duo Ignazio Abate and Mattia De Sciglio, meanwhile, although they can rely on Philippe Mexes and Jeremy Menez to start against their former club.
Elsewhere, on-loan Chelsea forward Fernando Torres has been left on the bench once more.
