Inter Milan have reportedly moved to the front in the race to sign Marseille captain Andre Ayew.
The 25-year-old's current contract expires in the summer, and reports have suggested that Roma and Napoli will battle Inter for his services if the midfielder does not sign a new deal with the Ligue 1 club.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Inter have made contact with Ayew's representatives and will meet his father next week to discuss personal terms.
Ayew is currently Marseille's longest-serving player, and has played a key role in their title bid under the guidance of Marcelo Bielsa.
