Felix Brych will take charge of the Europa League final between Spanish outfit Sevilla and Portuguese side Benfica on May 14.
The 37-year-old was the man in the middle for the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid earlier this season.
It has now been confirmed that the German referee, who has been registered with FIFA since 2007, will officiate the showpiece event in Turin next week.
Sevilla moved past Valencia in the semi-finals, while Benfica beat Juventus by the odd goal on aggregate.
