Sheffield United defender Tony McMahon has urged the club's fans to maintain their faith in the team ahead of their clash against Crawley Town at Bramall Lane on Friday.
The Blades are currently at the foot of the League One table with four points from nine matches, having won just one game so far in the league this season.
When asked what message he would like to send out to the fans ahead of Friday's match, the 27-year-old said, "Stick with us.
"They turn out in numbers every week. We lost against Wolves but they kept clapping us until the end and stuck with us because they probably realised that we played well but were not clinical enough.
"So stick with us. There is a massive part of the season to go. We are just heading into 10th game and we still have 36 games to go. So stick with us and we will come good."
Crawley are currently eighth in the standings with 15 points from nine matches.
