Carlos Carvalhal had told his Sheffield Wednesday players to put their defeat to Charlton Athletic behind them in order to get back to winning ways.
The Owls saw an 11-match unbeaten run in all competitions come to an end prior to the international break as they fell to a 3-1 reverse at The Valley.
Having had a fortnight to regroup following that setback, Carvalhal is keen to move on when Huddersfield Town visit Hillsborough on Saturday afternoon.
Speaking to the club's official website, the Portuguese said: "When you have a game and you don't understand the reason why you lost, then you have a problem.
"In the Charlton game it was very easy to explain why we lost. The opponent had more energy than us in that moment. It was very clear. We don't talk too much about that game, we follow our work and l felt this week that our team is back again."
"I am very happy because our team is back again to full energy and to do what we usually do. I expect our team on Saturday to be back playing at the usual high level."
Wednesday find themselves four points adrift of the Championship playoff zone ahead of their return to league action.
