Sheffield Wednesday boss Stuart Gray has revealed that he hopes to spend big in the transfer market over the summer.
New chairman Dejphon Chansiri claimed that plenty of money would be made available for new players following his takeover of the club last month.
Gray believes that the Thai businessman's arrival at Hillsborough will allow him to bring in high-quality signings ahead of the 2015-16 campaign.
"Hopefully it's going to allow me to look in a different market to what I was looking at before," he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "But I need to sit down with him to discuss the budget for next season. One thing we do know is the pitch, he's willing to invest in a new pitch. We've got to invest in the training ground as well, but then I've got to see him about bringing better players in."
The Owls are back in action on Saturday when they host Fulham in the Championship.
