A Thai consortium has reportedly completed a takeover of Championship club Sheffield Wednesday.
The group have been in discussions with the Owls for some time regarding a reported £30m buyout, and it is claimed by Sky Sports News that the finishing touches have now been put in place.
Representatives are said to have watched Wednesday's goalless draw against Birmingham City on Tuesday night, before meeting with chairman Milan Mandaric, vice-chairman Paul Aldridge and head coach Stuart Gray in person.
Mandaric, who agreed to sell the club to Azaerbaijani businessman Hafiz Mammadov last summer before a deal collapsed, has stated in the past that he would be prepared to step aside should a serious investor take over at Hillsborough.
The South Yorkshire outfit are currently ninth in the league table.
